All lumber for SCD is custom milled by Neumayer Mill Inc. in Bonners Ferry, Idaho who is renowned for their select cedar lumber and first rate service. SCD Custom Pergolas warranties this product against defective workmanship which includes structural failure and or breakage under normal usage for a period of 10 years. We do not cover twisting, warping, checking or graying of wood. We do not warranty stain or and modifications made outside of our facility. SCD does not warranty cost of labor in replacing any warrantied peices. Damage incurred from natural causes i.e. wind, snow, ice, falling trees, fire is not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Damage caused by improper or negligent installation or improper use of product is not covered by the manufacturer.

We utilize a waterproof-weatherproof adhesive and clear-pin all of our arches to ensure longevity and no de-lamination. These arches are our personal favorites and command attention where-ever and whenever.

SCD Custom Pergolas offers free shipping for full Pergola orders anywhere within the continental United States. If shipping to canada we will split the shipping costs in half. From time of order placement is takes within 4-5 weeks for your order to arrive at your door step. Please be sure that when shipment arrives you have someone at home to make sure there is no damage to the package or the parts of your pergola.

We offer full refunds minus shipping to and from your home on all standard size pergolas (10' x 10', 10' x 15', 15' x 15') . We do not refund custom sizes unless there is a mistake that has clearly been made by us, the manufacturer.
