Our Arched Glue-Lam projects are some of our favorite; we manufacture custom glue-lam packages for houses and have the ability to laminate up to 4' wide and 80' long. All lumber for SCD is custom milled by Timberland Inc. in Bonners Ferry, Idaho who is renowned for their select cedar lumber and first rate service. SCD Custom Pergolas warranties this product against defective workmanship which includes structural failure and or breakage under normal usage for a period of 10 years. We do not cover twisting, warping, checking or graying of wood. We do not warranty stain or and modifications made outside of our facility. SCD does not warranty cost of labor in replacing any warrantied pieces. Damage incurred from natural causes i.e. wind, snow, ice, falling trees, fire is not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Damage caused by improper or negligent installation or improper use of product is not covered by the manufacturer.

SCD is the only pergola manufacturer to produce an arched-line of products that are fully laminated. Lamination is a time-consuming but rewarding and eye-catching and strengthening process that adds a whole new dimension to your custom structure. We utilize a waterproof-weatherproof adhesive and clear-pin all of our arches to ensure longevity and no de-lamination. These arches are our personal favorites and command attention where-ever and whenever.

Not only are our raw materials and employees the best of the best, but our hardware is of the highest grade. We utilize all stainless and coated fasteners to ensure longevity of our kits and your total satisfaction. All anchoring hardware and other necessary fasteners are included with each kit. We do not believe in making you purchase any additional parts or hardware to assemble your kit. When you order through SCD Custom Pergolas you are making the decision to purchase a hassle free custom pergola that will absolutely meet your expectations.

Our goal is to get you your order to you as soon as possible and typically have a 4 - 6 week lead time from time of order. However, due to our high volume of orders during the months of Spring, Summer and Early Fall please allow 8 – 10 weeks for your order to arrive. During this time ask us about our expedited order arrangements so we can accommodate any date specific delivery.

All shipping charges are included in your price. Yellow Freight handles our long distance shipping. The parts are crated up in our shop with all hardware and instructions. The Yellow Freight drivers are only responsible for bringing the crate to your home. They do not help you unload. If you can unload the Yellow Freight truck you can save a few hundred dollars. If not a forwarder must be hired to pick the freight up at the depot and bring it to your home. Unloading the Yellow truck involves opening the crate and unloading the parts manually. The parts should be handled with care and this requires at least two healthy people. The driver allows at least half an hour which should be plenty of time. You must dispose of the crate.
